Thermalbad Wiesenbad is a small village in the heart of the Ore Mountains, located in an arboreous surrounding of the romantic and beautiful Zschopautal, which amounts to 435 meters above sea level. Since the impoundment of the first thermal spring in 1501, the cure and baths business has had its tradition for more than 500 years.
The Thermalbad Wiesenbad Gesellschaft für Kur und Rehabilitation mbH runs the health center Miriquidi, the rehabilitation clinic specialized in orthopedics and neurology with a capacity of 260 beds, a public thermal bath *Therme Miriquidi*, the Thermal-Medicinal-Herbs Center and various other institutions, located in the spa town, such as the spa park and activity trails.
